East Mesa Justice Court
You will appear at East Mesa Justice Court if Department of Public Safety or the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office charges you with a crime within this courts geographic boundaries. They court boundary is not completely square but generally goes from McDowell or Arizona State Route 87 (Beeline Highway) in the North, Baseline in the south, the Maricopa/Pinal County boundary in the east, and Gilbert Road in the West.
The court is very small and located in an industrial complex located near Higley and McKellips roads. Because of its small size, it is easy to hear your conversation. You should go outside if you want to discuss your case with anyone who comes to court with you. Remember anything you say can and WILL be used against you in a court of law.
